Reclamation of the rebuilt island will consist of placing topsoil to a depth of 6 to 8 <br />inches over the area above the future water level and seeded with the approved <br />seed mixture. The overburden used to construct the island will be placed in <br />approximately 18 inch thick lifts and compacted using the haul truck. Slopes <br />around the island will be 3 to ]. 2" caliper balled cottonwood trees will be <br />planted. The trees will be water using a water truck or a pump system until the <br />lake is allowed to fill. <br />2. Additional reclamation costs for the island and added processing site area is <br />$17,703.00.
