17 <br />1 and 2 would like a ruling from the board as to <br />2 whether Mr. Anderson can pursue this line of <br />3 questioning. We -- the division stated in its <br />4 vacation of the NOV the reasons it was withdrawing <br />5 the NOV. That's a matter of record. <br />6 MR. PAULIN: I guess to put it in <br />7 laymen's language, the board made a decision, the <br />8 Court took it out of our hands, and we're trying to <br />9 clean up what the board has done. <br />10 I guess, Mr. Anderson, I'm not sure -- <br />11 I'm not sure where we're headed to. These are <br />12 the -- you know, we're back to the same questions <br />13 that we had in March, and I guess -- I guess I <br />14 don't see that we're helping -- that we're trying <br />15 to clear the air in any way. <br />16 MR. ANDERSON: Frankly, I'm not <br />17 particularly interested in clearing the air. I'm <br />16 interested in having this issue addressed. One of <br />19 the issues that will be part of the subsequent <br />20 lawsuit certain to flow from the board's action <br />21 today is whether the division properly acted in <br />22 implementing its own statute and the federal <br />23 statute. <br />24 I need to ask these questions to <br />25 understand the basis for the division's action in <br />
