Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On March 21, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on March 14, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Improved drainage plan to minimize evaporative loss & alternative reclamation for pond No. 8. , <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1974- <br />069. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1974-069 remain in full force and effect, The revised <br />reclamation cost for the Larimer Pit based on this revision approval is $234,356 (please see attached reclamation cost <br />estimate). Since the clurent reclamation bond posted for the site is $252,800 there is no additional bond required. <br />However, if you wish, you may submit a replacement warranty in the amount of $234,356 and the existing bond will be <br />returned to you.
