Long, <br />Division Director <br />Re: Cedarwood Clay Mine, Permit No. M-77-317, Notice of Violation Abatement <br />Dear Mr. Johnston: <br />This is to inform you that as of the date of this letter Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division is in receipt of your annual fee, annual report, and the <br />civil penalty assessed for the above referenced mining operation. The annual <br />fee violation M-92-008 has now been abated and no further action will be taken <br />against your permit. Please make note of your anniversary date of December 15 <br />for December, 1992 reporting period. The annual fee and report for your <br />mining and reclamation operation are due on or before your anniversary date <br />each year, until you are released of all reclamation responsibilities and your <br />bond is returned to you in its entirety, to avoid violations and civil <br />penalties being assessed against your permit. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Barbara D.
