CO 80203 <br />Re' DMG Permit Amendment; M-1982-015 <br />Siegrist Construction Company <br />Dear Ms. Gonima, <br />Kinder Morgan is aware of Carma (Colorado), Inc 's plans to grade and construct a slurry wall <br />around the existing gravel pits north of the St Vrain River and east of Interstate 25 We <br />understand that in order to do this work a Division of Minerals and Geology permit for <br />reclamation is regwred, <br />It is our understanding that the pond reclamation will have no negative effect on our utility or any <br />significant, valuable, and permanent manmade structure located within two hundred feet of the <br />affected land, It is also our understanding that the Operator of the site, Siegrist Construction <br />Company, is ultimately liable for operations pertaining to the reclamation of the ponds.
