I think we can get tirrapped up <br />14 in semantics, whether it's extended or continued. <br />15 Clearly the i ntent of it was to extend the Y3earing, I <br />16 think that's what happened last month. That:'s row we <br />17 proceeded on this. There's nothing in the :•ecord to <br />18 indicate teat there was -- emphatic and specific <br />19 objectio:: by the operator to the continuance only <br />20 came in after the hearing. <br />21 With respect to going forward this <br />22 month, I thin k it is a little bit dif4erent <br />23 question.
