3 ground, I would suggest for the consideration of the
4 Board that the Board take a brief recess from the
5 public hearing and confer with Mr. Johnson, return to
6 place in the record those things which it has
7 determined to be serious unforeseen circumstances
e preventing a decision within the 120 days. In the
9 absence of that -- I am not trying to be cute -- in
10 the absence of that, I would only be able t~ take the
