The staff may not find violation. O;zly the <br />9 Board may find violation. <br />10 No violations have been found. And no <br />11 violation should be subject to consideration if it <br />12 has not beer. found. Under Rule 8, I guess it's <br />13 121-81, sub 4, it talks about inspection. and <br />14 monitoring. Sub 4 reads, "Upon receipt of notice of <br />15 possible violations, the Board shall determine <br />16 whether the operator should be cited or furt~.er <br />17 investigation is reanired."
