Please <br />note that the applicant has resoh~ed Items 2, 3, 4, 7, R, 9, l0. 12, 13, 14, l5, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, & <br />22 from lbm Schreiner's May 22, 2006 adeyuacy review memo to llch Gonima, Carl Mown. <br />[toms 1, 5, 6, I l . & 20 from the May 22, 3(106 memo require either clarification or additional <br />information. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C' --Pre-'11inlne and Minine Plan blao(s) of 4ffectcd i ands <br />I. The Applicant states that [hey have submitted a revised copy of the Storm water Management <br />Plan, howcv cr the copy submitted appears to he the same version that was sent with the original <br />application. Did the Applicant intend to send a revised stormwater management plan? Please <br />clarify. Also, fn the adeyuacy comments the Division refers to Storntwater Management Plan <br />mates not the Stormwatcr \'lanagcment Plan itsell: Where new maps suhmitted, and if so which <br />maps should the Dlvision refer to.
