Villa, <br />On June 22, 211oG the Division afforded the applicant the opportunity to clarify the adequacy <br />review response materials received by the Division un June I2. 2(u)6. <br />I'hc Division received the applicant's response to that .tune 2Z, 2006 clarification request Letter on <br />June 28, 2006. In that response the applicant provided the following required clarification <br />information: proposed stream bank protection specifications, required cross-sectional diagrams of <br />the proposed stream bank protection components, map detailing the location(s) that stream bank <br />protection will occur, and hydrologic and engineering assumptions. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.8.1(5), the Division has decided that the proposed changes in the Rccl:tmation <br />Pl:ut arc considered an Amendment to the 112 petntit application. The Division considers the <br />proposed installation of riprap along the entire reach of the St. Vrain River to be a suhslantial <br />enough change to classify it as an Amendment to the 1 12 permit application. <br />Rule 1.6.b requires the applicant to publish and mail a new notice of the application. <br />The Division has also included in this package. under separate cover, its Second Adequacy <br />Rcvirw of the response submitted to us on .lone 12, 2(106 and subsequent items sent on Junc 2Y, <br />20116. <br />.111 documents pertaining to this amendment nwst he placed with the County Clerk and Recorder <br />and the Applicant must provide the Office with an affidavit ur receipt that this has hcen done <br />within 5 working days ol'placcmcnl. <br />Please he advised that Siegrist Construction Company's current Amendment to a 112 Application <br />may he deemed inadequate, and the application may he demcd on September 25, 2006, unless the <br />intornwtiun rcyuirements lisicd in the enclosed Second Adequacy Review Letter and thr Second <br />nNlce of Ofticc of Colorado <br />Mined Wnd Rectamatwn Agive nrxl Irudive Mmes Geological Survey <br />
