Recommend waste stream separation of domestic <br />wastewater effluent Prom precipitation run off <br />control structures. The mixing of the two waste <br />streams requires the effluent of the domestic <br />wastewater treatment plant to meet secondary <br />treatment standards at all times. If the domestic <br />effluent could be sepac•ated Prom the preciwitaticn <br />control system, compliance with secondary <br />standards is only required when an actual <br />discharge to Haters of the State occurs. <br />20.
