An Assessment Conference was held at the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology office in Denver on July 7, 1999. <br />In attendance at the conference, in addition to you and me was Mr. <br />James Stover, Mr. Larry Routten and Mr. Joe Dudash. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the Settlement <br />Agreement within ten (10) days as instructed on the form. If you <br />disagree with the Settlement Agreement, do not sign it.
