Long <br />146 South Kendall Street oivlsion Director <br />Lakewood, CO 80226 <br />RE: San Luis Project, Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Dear Ms. Jacquez: <br />As dLrected by the Mined Land Reclamation Board this is the fast monthly memo regarding <br />receipt of the water sampling reports from Battle Mountain Resources, Inc. <br />The Division received bi-weekly monitoring reports for samples collected on Ju a 1, 5, and 7, <br />1995, RS-S, M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13R, M-14, pre-detox, post-detox, ' ' gs pond, and <br />collection pond. RS-6, M-2, M-6, M-7, M-8, and the three lysimeters were dry weekly and <br />monthly reports of daily onsite analyses of the tailings pond and the collection ~3ond for June <br />have been received.
