This Order constitutes a sepazate Cessation Order for each condition, practice, or violation <br />listed. <br />In accordance with Section 34-33-123 of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, you are <br />ordered to CEASE IMMEDIATELY the operations described in the attached schedule and to perform the <br />affirmative obligations (if applicable) described in the attached schedule within the designated time for <br />abatement. Reclamation operations not directly the subject of this Order shall continue while this Order <br />is in effect. <br />You are responsible for doing all work in a safe manner in compliance with applicable laws and regu- <br />lations. <br />The undersigned finds that cessation of mining is~ is not ~ expressly, or in practical effect, <br />required by this Notice. For this purpose, "mining" means extracting coal from the earth or from a waste <br />pile and transporting it within or from the mine site. <br />This Order shall remain in effect until the condition, practice, or violation has been abated, or until it <br />is modified, temunated or vacated in writing by an authorized representative of the Division, or by the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Important: Please read the reverse side of this page. <br />
