Any reasor <br />10 the cdmplete transcript can't be offered? <br />11 MR. BRIGGS: No. I believe I have a <br />12 copy for Mr. Nussbaum. And we are having problems <br />13 with lettering because I was required to reletter <br />14 some of these. Mr. Nussbaum is reading off the <br />15 endorsement list. I was required to reletter it. <br />16 ?'hat hearing transcript talks about putting the road <br />17 in the permit.by the serlamation,special.ist.and..:the.-., <br />18 bonding requirement. And the, rest is very <br />19 interesting reading. It's not relevant. I will be <br />20 happy to substitute the entire copy of the <br />21 transcript. <br />22 CHAIRMAN DANIELSON: That is a <br />23 previous hearing before this Board. <br />24 MR. EP.IGGS: Right.
