There is <br />4 annotation by Camile Farrell that a meeting was held. <br />5 The second letter that followed up <br />6 that meeting -- I don't have that letter with me, <br />7 read at our October 28, 1968 meeting -- hearing, <br />8 which we discussed the status and maintenance plans <br />9 for the Snyder Quarry access road -- I propose to <br />10 discuss the road situation with Division Director, <br />11 Fred Banta, for advice regarding permitting <br />12 requirement upon review of the further specified <br />13 definition of affected lands in the newly revised <br />14 rulings and regulation and the fact that the quarry <br />15 access road was constructed primarily to access the <br />16 mine area. It was decided that the road should be <br />17 included as affected .lands in .t=he .Sn.yde.r quarry <br />18 .permit. The inclusion of the road requires amendment <br />19 as the permit acreage will be increased. Please <br />20 provide reclamation plans for a long-term commitment <br />21 for mai ntenance of the road such that additional <br />22 slides, sedimentation, et cetera, will be controlled <br />23 and/or mitigated. Other than the small notation that <br />24 a meeting was held ir.
