Here' s some of the existing disturbance that <br />5 we just saw in the two photographs. I was standing <br />6 up on this, trying -- looking down this way, then <br />7 also to show some of the surface that has started to <br />e appear on pi ctures outside of the permit boundaries, <br />9 two boulders in the lower right-hand corner. Now <br />l0 we're headed down the slope into the drainage. We're <br />11 now out of the permit area, permit boundary, that <br />12 would lie behind the picture. We're walking again <br />13 into the drainage. Here, thes e are some more of the <br />14 rocks that have fallen out of the permit boundary, <br />15 dovrn the =one into this draina ge. <br />16 MR. HERNANDEZ: From talking with <br />20 Castle -- that's a good questi on. From talking with <br />21 Castle, there are two rocks in this drainage that <br />22 have drill holes in them. One of them is of the size <br />23 that Castle would drill. One of them is a smaller <br />24 diameter they would not drill.
