That co rrective action date or <br />1^_ whatever y ou call it, that's specifie d in the form is <br />13 October 30 , which would mean we would hate to <br />14 continue this until the November board meeting. If <br />15 we did that in this case, it would be hard not to do <br />15 that for a lot of other people who req uest the same <br />17 thing. .. ..: ... .~ .., <br />18 So I guess my feeling that effective <br />19 enforcement requires a rather prompt decision on <br />20 whether a violation exists, if the operator is in <br />21 violation, then any corrective actions taken go to <br />22 our consideration of what penalties, if +any, are <br />23 appropriate.
