Cattany <br />Adams County RV Pazk, LLC dba 124th Estates Partners Division Dlector <br />4545 E. 60th Ave. ,Ste. lO2 NaNral Resource Trustee <br />Commerce City, CO 80022 <br />Re: Receipt of 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application, 124th Estates <br />Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-2001-085, AM - 3 <br />Deaz Mr. Schultejann: <br />On November 7, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Construction Materials <br />Reclamafion Permit Amendment application for the 124th Estates Sand and Gravel Mine, which is located in <br />Adams County. All comment and review periods began on November 7, 2003. The decision date for your <br />application is scheduled for February 5, 2004. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality <br />of the proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the first <br />publication, mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded <br />easements, and all owners of record of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of <br />notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, must be subnritted to the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date.
