Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On October 10, 2007, the Division received Oakridge Energy, Inc.'s request for vacation of <br />DRMS Coal Program Notice ofViolation CV-2007-005. Upon careful review of this request, <br />and in consultation with the Coal Program staff, I have decided to deny this request. <br />I have done so based on a review of the situation by the staff, which I have attached. Attached <br />also is a modification of the NOV. <br />Compliance with Colorado's coal mining and reclamation laws and regulations are a requisite <br />part of the day-to-day operations of Colorado's coal mining industry.
