We have begun excavating the sediment and there is
capacity for storage beyond what was available at the time the NOV
was written. However we must make a change in equipment due to the
weather and conditions in the excavation. The weather conditions
changed making excavation very difficult and larger equipment must
be mobilized to the mine.
Sediment storage or runoff is not expected to be a problem
during this time. The temperatures at the mine are very low and
precipitation light.
Please call if you have questions.
Sincerely,
~~~
Mark Kerr
Operations Manager
4901 South Windermere Street, Littleton, Colorado 80]20
Telephone: (303) 795-5]30 Far: (303) 795-3249
