Are we aoiny to pursue that? <br />D1R, FLOOD: The way we have peen pursuing it and <br />we alluded to this earlier, I believe they are r_,_ -ing <br />about 16 pits. Some of them they operate only inter- <br />mittently at great intervals and some of them rare very <br />small pits. We have applic-~tions in for seven pits in- <br />cluding the largest operations and Weld County Las been <br />operating only to restore emergency work on their ro,~c'.s. <br />As far as the other pits, Weld County is diligently pre- <br />paring applications and if the IIoard wants us to pros; <br />Weld County more than I think we have been acc,~mplishing by <br />
