Abatement Step No. 2 required the as-built <br />certification of Topsoil Stockpile QQ Sump QQ-S1. The location <br />of Sump QQ-S1 is shown on Figure 1. Figure 2 lists the storage <br />capacity of the sump and Figure 3 depicts a typical section <br />through the sump. The as-built capacity of 7,022 cubic feet <br />(Figure 2) is more than the design capacity of 450 cubic feet. <br />This will allow for possible sediment storage. The disturbed <br />area of the sump will be revegetated according to the approved <br />permit. <br />Enclosed please find three copies of Exhibit 13-8QQ "Topsoil <br />Stockpile QQ Sump QQ-S1 (As-Built) for insertion into Tab 13. <br />Please contact Gary Wendt or me if you have any questions <br />concerning the enclosed certification. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ronald J.
