All other conditions and <br />requirements of Permit No. M-2001-085 remain in full force and effect. <br />The current financial warranty for the 124`s Estates Sand & Gravel Mine is $435,000.00. The reclamation liability <br />for this amendment is $224,385.00. Therefore, the new fmancia] warranty for this site will be $659,385.00. If you <br />have not already done so, please submit additional bond in [he amount of $224,385.00 or a replacement bond for <br />the entire amount of $b59,385.00.
