Please <br />also be advised that Twin Pines Investment, L.P., Falcon Energy, <br />General Partner, and all of its officers (Chris Reed, James Mezo, <br />Dale Rose and Jack Barton) have been entered into the "Applicant <br />Violator System" as the permittees for the Twin Pines No. 2 Mine. <br />This occurred as a result of the unabated Cessation Order and <br />subsequent revocation of Permit No. C-83-058 and the associated <br />bond forfeiture.
