Staff of the Division advised <br />that two sets of the documents were mailed to Operator's <br />California address. One copy was supposed to be returned <br />to the Division after execution. Owner of Operator, who <br />resides in California, has no recollection that such <br />documents were received, nor were any found after a <br />search of the company's files, However, since the <br />Division mails all such documents via registered mail, <br />such mailing can be, undoubtedly, verified. Apparently, <br />no copy was sent to Operator's local office. DMG's files <br />supposedly also do not contain a copy, which is <br />understandable as originals were apparently never <br />received by Operator. <br />Please note, that at the time of mailing, Operator's <br />California office was moved from Los Angeles to the San <br />Francisco area. Perhaps, the documents were not <br />Operator's personnel of the local office in New <br />Castle is responsible for maintaining the public records. <br />Since the documents apparently got lost between Denver <br />and California, local personnel was not aware of the <br />documents as such nor that they were missing. <br />~~Iliiar,;-ri~i~~ <br />
