Everist, Inc., Fort Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine <br />Additional Infomtation on existing permit <br />Dear Mr. Ogle and Mr_Carroll: _ , _ -.. _ _ - - ~ _. _ _ - - <br />As per request, we are submitting additional information taken from our existing permit to "fill in the blank" <br />on any sections in the amendment apptication that were noted as "No change from existing permit." <br />From the amendment application, Sectien 5.0 Questionnaire, Question 8. Other Details -the following <br />questions were answered as "no change." Please see the information from the existing permit <br />b. Hcurs of Operation <br />No change from existing permittetl hours. <br />The hours of operation from the existing permit are as follows: <br />The following hours are for 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday: <br />8 am - 8 pm for sand and gravel mining and processing <br />5 am - 5 pm for concrete and asphalt hatching <br />6 am - 5 pm for truck hauling to and from the site <br />6 am - 12 am (midnight) for maintenance and repairs <br />An exception to the hours is noted in Development Standard #30, "Hours of operation may be <br />extended to 24 hours per day with specific permission from the Weld County Board of County <br />Commissioners at a regular business meeting." <br />d.
