Clean out sediment from north end of Moffat Pond and the outlets of North Diversion Ditch <br />and Final Moffat Drainage Channel; <br />b. repair rip rap and liner in Final Moffat Channel; <br />c. spray thistle that has grown up on sediment deposited in undisturbed areas affected by Moffat <br />Pond short-circuit; <br />d. seed the gullies in undisturbed area but do not regrade or further disturb the native vegetation. <br />3. <br />a. Repair erosion damage (gullies) within reclaimed portions of Moffat Area; <br />b. spray thistle that has grown up on sediment deposited in undisturbed areas from erosion of <br />reclaimed azea; <br />c. seed the gullies in undisturbed azea but do not regrade or further disturb the native <br />vegetation. <br />d. submit a revision for upgrading the drainage in the Moffat Area to prevent further gully <br />development until vegetation becomes established. <br />4. Clean sediment out of Tipple Ponds 1 & 2 and perform other maintenance necessary to assure <br />proper functioning of ponds. <br />
