Foothills Hwy., Longmom, CO 80503; (303) 823-b2b8, submitted a request for full reclamation <br />responsibility release for the Lykins Gulch, Permit No. M-2000-090. The construction materials extraction <br />operation is located at or near Section 1, Township 2N, Range 71 W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Boulder County. <br />Written ccmments or objections to the release maybe submitted to, a:.d additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Commems or objections should be submitted within 15 days. The Division is required to wait 30 days after the <br />release decision is made to allow for appeals. <br />
