Three stipulations were implemented by revisions to the current permit. These <br /> stipulations and their status are listed below. <br /> Stipulation to Minor Revision No. 69 - Stipulation No. 35 <br /> The use and quantity of East Ridge waste pile subsoil material will be <br /> included in the technical revision addressing construction of the center <br /> and west ridge waste piles . <br /> Resolved: This stipulation was satisfied by the minor revision <br /> application document approved July 10, 1990. <br /> Stipulation to Minor Revision No. 70 - Stipulation No. 36 <br /> Submit revised maps and pages for Minor Revision No. 70. Revision <br /> addresses use of existing concrete structure with minor modifications as a <br /> containment structure for waste oil tank. Submittal should include <br /> description of modification of existing structure, size of water storage <br /> tank and containment structure, and bonding amount for reclamation. <br /> Resolved: The maps and revised pages (Section 2.05.3(3)(b) ) were received <br /> and approved by the Division August 2 , 1990. <br /> Stipulation to Minor Revision No. 72 - Stipulation No. 37 <br /> Cyprus Orchard Valley Coal Company (COVCC) must extend a drainage ditch to <br /> collect runoff from three topsoil stockpiles and carry it to Sediment <br /> Pond No. 3. COVCC must also submit plans necessary to design certified <br /> structures to handle surface water drainage from three topsoil stockpiles <br /> located below the west ridge waste disposal pile and allow that water to <br /> flow to Sediment Pond No. 3. Certified copies of these designs (Map 8-1 <br /> and any other pages necessary) must be submitted to the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Division no later than October 19, 1990. <br /> Resolved: Maps and revised pages (2.05.3(3)(6)) were received October 18, <br /> 1990 and approved by the Division January 18, 1991 . <br /> -21- <br />
