The TDN was issued March 11, 1985, for Twin Pines
Investment Limited Partnership's failure to modify its
permits to reflect the change of business entity at the
mine.
Your office's response, dated March 21, 1985, pointed out
that the jurisdiction for such changes in the permits
belongs to the authority issuing the permit. In this case,
those agencies involved were the Fremont County Zoning
Commission and the Colorado Department of Health. OSM has
reviewed your response. Your office's summary of the
situation as presented is correct.
OSM is withdrawing this Ten-Day Notice from your record.
Hopefully this delay of OSM's review has not caused your
office an inconvenience.
Sincerel
~~Ti6~Hag,e~ 1'1,irector
uquerque F ~ ffice
