The following are the activities completed: <br />NOV G94-024 -Failure to Maintain Impoundment No. 1 <br />1. Plastic sheeting was removed from the principal spillway during the week of October 10. <br />2. Slurco requests a 30 day extension for the repair of the erosion on the inslope of the pond. <br />3. Slurco requests a 60 day extension so the Division can approve a Technical Revision of the standards <br />which will show that the emergency spillway does not require rip rap. This revision will be submitted to <br />the Division within the next week. <br />NOV C-94-025 -Failure to Submit Annual Hydrology Data On Time <br />1. NOV has already been abated on September 29, 1994. <br />NOV G94-02b -Failure to Retain Copies of Records at a Public Storage Location <br />1. All missing documents were sent to the County Clerks office on October 6, 1994 by certified mail. During <br />the fourth quarter inspection conducted on October 14, 1994, all records were inserted into the <br />compliance notebook. <br />NOV G94-027 -Failure to Provide Evidence that Pond Certifiptions were completed by a P.E. <br />1.
