This will be completed by August 1, 1991 as required by
Section 6.7 (1).
Additionally, maps are attached, showing property boundaries
and affected land boundaries. This is submitted as 'an
alternative plan' per Section 6.7 (3). The size of the disturbed
area, the fact that all site preparation work has been completed
and no further new disturbances are planned and the clear
delineation between the permitted industrial areas and previously
reclaimed or unimpacted forest lands justify this 'alternative
plan'. Henderson personnel remain committed to reclaiming
disturbances as they occur and minimizing disturbances by pre-
planning. The Environmental Department is charged with insuring
that disturbances do not encroach on unimpacted lands and seeking
ways to consolidate operations so that reclamation of impacted
areas can begin as soon as possible.
Please contact me if additional information is necessary.
Sincerely,
~ ~
J.
