Recycling
these will include stockpiling, crushing, and reusing them on the County's roadways.
As this pit's permit currently exists, the County will be required to stockpile the
recyclables at a location outside our permit boundary, disassemble the crusher that is
currently inside the above pit's permitted boundary, mobilize it to the recyclables'
stockpile, reassemble the crusher, crush the recyclables, disassemble the crusher,
mobilize it back to it's current location, reassemble the crusher and resume crushing
aggregate.
We're requesting our technical revision allow us to
1. Stockpile the recyclables within our perntted boundary in close proximity to our
crusher
2. Crush the recyclables while the crusher is within the permitted area
3. Haul the recyclables outside of the permitted area to County road projects
The County will not use these recyclables for backfill for reclamatiori~purposes or use
them anywhere within the permitted boundary since they are much more valuable to us
on our roadways.
As illustrated, the technical revision will allow us to utilize recyclables in a much more
cost affective manner.
If you have any questions, please call me at 719-846-2931 or 719-859-1600.
~~iL~ ~l~C-li~.(~LCCgiLC~
Phil Dorenkamp
Y,A~ R&B Sup.
~ w
~~~
wt- ~R83-d3~
RECEIVED
!JUN 0 5 2007
Division of Reclarrafion,
Mining and Safety
