The penalty of $2000.00 was to be paid within 30 days after <br />service of the Notice and Order to Pay Fixed Penalty. The Division's records <br />show that service occurred on November 15, 1991. <br />In addltton, Dan Hernandez will be taking over as Senior Reclamation <br />Specialist at the Division for the Trinidad Basin Mine.
