Dear Mr. Lemberg:
We have received your request for transfer of the above permit to the First
Bentonite Company of Colorado. This matter will be scheduled on the agenda of
the August 22-23, 1984, meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board. In order
for this to be considered and transfered with minimum difficulty, it would be
helpful if you could send the following:
1. The original succession of operator request form with signatures and
notarizations (we received a copy).
2. A copy of the application (as submitted in 1977) and permit document
as we do not have a copy of these.
