Silt fence in 006 Gulch at outlet of culvert ME-S, treats streamflow after haul <br />road drainage contributes additional suspended solids to streamflow. <br />ABATEMENT REQUIREMENTS: <br />Situation at TAHRD-7, TAHRC-1, and HRD-Al have been abated. <br />By April 15, 1995 clean out accumulated sediment to restore containment capacity of silt <br />fence barrier previously installed adjacent to culvert G-2. STATUS, completed. <br />By June 16, 1995 excavate haul road sediment from 006 Gulch near outlet of ME-5 and <br />from Dry Creek near outlet of G-2, remove all excavated sediment and dispose of <br />appropriately. STATUS, not completed. <br />By June 9, 1995 submit a complete technical revision application addressing appropriate <br />erosion and siltation control measures for culverts ME-5 and G-2. STATUS, not <br />completed. <br />Following final approval of designs in TR, implement approved designs within 30 days or <br />by June 29, 1995, which ever occurs first. <br />
