An assessment conference was held at the Division's office on June 6, 1995. <br />In attendance at the conference, in addition to yourself and me, were Wally Erickson and <br />Larry Routten representing the Division and Chuck McCulloh representing Seneca Coal <br />Company. If you agree with the penalties, please sign the settlement agreements within ten <br />(10) days as instructed on the form. If you disagree with a settlement agreement, do not sign <br />it. The Division will fix the penalty pursuant to Rule 5.04.3(5) and you may request a Board <br />Hearing.
