Extension of the above lease <br /> as claimed by affidavit of production pursuant to CRS 38-42-106 by <br /> William G. Crews as attorney-in-fact for Joan R. Neumiller dba -J <br /> Sunshine Valley Petroleum, recorded November 18, 1985 in Book 1092 <br /> as Reception No. 2032528.
