The proposed assessment says this requirement is <br />longstanding and well known. Mr. Kerr stated he is aware of the <br />requirement, but he feels it is a low level of negligence. I <br />agree and I propose to reduce fault to $250.00. <br />Good Faith <br />All documents were mailed to the courthouse by December 16, one <br />week after the NOV was served. I feel the NOV was abated in a <br />timely manner, but i saw no evidence of extraordinary effort or <br />that it was the shortest time possible.
