This <br />matter was continued based on the testimogy that you were unable to attend <br />this meeting and based on the fact that as you indicated on the telephone, a <br />succession of operators was pending. Evidence was also presented at this <br />hearing that South Park Aggregates/Richard Steward no longer has legal right <br />of entry on this property as would be required to continue mining and/or <br />reclaim the site. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board ordered this item to be rescheduled at the <br />March Board Meeting for discussion of legal right of entrji, consideration of <br />additional corrective actions, consideration of additional ciril penalties, <br />+, ,. revocation of permit, and forfeiture of financial warranty, The Board will <br />;also consider succession of operator as a possible solution to some of the <br />` ~~~pirobl ems i nvol ved. <br />r Please be aware that the Board will be considering additional civil penalties <br />in. the range of ;100 minimum to ;1,000 maximum per day of violation from <br />•" 'June 11, 1987 (date annual fees were due) to January 20, 1988 (date annual <br />y, ,, fees were paid), a total of 223 days. <br />' The; "Board did indicate the primary interest is to bring this permit in <br />°rOOoiDliance with the law. ` <br />• .~ cere ly, <br />s <br />~~.~ - (,e,t~, , <br />~_ : ana L.
