Upon <br />~`e issuance of a mining and reclamation permit for this pit within 150 days of the <br />P ""Board hearing, $3,600.00 of this penalty will be suspended. The remaining <br />ay ey, <br />Q e^ ~~ $1,400.00 is payable within 30 days of the October 28t1~ hearing date. The Cease <br />~~~,{r• and Desist Order on this pit remains in force until lifted by the Board. <br />y <br />This will be my final letter concerning this gravel operation.
