Bor: 59] <br />h.iewa, CO E011] -. <br />Dear Mr. Ullom: <br />Reference is made to our December 31, 199v site visit <br />which concerns Elbert County's gravel mining operation at the <br />Fondis Pit contributing to hill side erosion which has caused <br />erasion deposits to occur in Spring Branch located in Section <br />4, T-1G-S, R-62-W, Elbert Co., Cclorado. <br />During our meeting, it was agreed that you will remove, <br />to the maximum extent possible, the erosion deposits at this <br />location along the right bank of Spring Gulch adjacent to the <br />gravel mining activity. It is requested that the erosion de- <br />posit removal be accomplished within 60 days of your receipt <br />of this letter.
