Long <br />RS: Your letter of July 11, 1994, Reclamation Plan for the Cros~r, Direcror <br />Mountain (ICagie) Gravel Pit, File No. M-79-102 <br />Dear Mr. Cortner: <br />I have reviewed your letter and have the following comments: <br />Prior to accepting your letter as a clarification of the <br />current reclamation plan, which would be acceptable for <br />reducing the calculated financial warranty for the permit <br />area, the following changes must be made: <br />a) The initial sentence should read - Cross Mountain <br />Ranch commits to the following reclamation plan for the Kagie- <br />Cross Mountain Gravel Pit: <br />b) Item 3 should read - All slopes will be mined at 2H <br />to 1V or less steep. <br />c) Item 5 should read - A minimum of six (6) inches of <br />fines and topsoil will be applied to the disturbed areas prior <br />to seeding. <br />With these changes and Che receipt of an additional $3,247.50 <br />financial warranty the Division will approve your request for a <br />succession of operators on this permit. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Gregg R.
