All <br />other conditions and requirements of Pemut No. M-1977-129 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $0.00 for the Whitelvater Pit 500, s~fien added to the existing liabdiry amount of <br />$242,205.00, exccxds the perfomlance bond held. If you have not already done so. please submit additional bond in the amount <br />of $0.00.
