Cottony <br />Division DIreCYOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On July 2, 2007, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for release of a <br />portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. There is no change in the amount of financial <br />warranty required for the remaining permitted acreage. The permit area was reduced to 393.35 acres, through the <br />release of 6.95 acres in this permit action.
