This proposal is based on the assessment <br />conference held in our office on June 16, 1993. In attendance at <br />that conference was Mr. Mark Kerr of Landmark Reclamation, Inc., <br />Mr. Greg Lewicki, P.E. of Greg Lewicki and Associates, Mr. Dan <br />Hernandez, Senior Reclamation Specialist and Mr. James $. McArdle, <br />Senior Reclamation Specialist and Assessment Conference Officer. <br />If you agree with the settlement agreement, please sign it and <br />return it to our office as instructed on the form.
