Regarding the Fellhauer Pit, M-85-079, it was decided that the operation <br />should be extended to the August, 1985 M. I.. R.B. meeting so that the staff of the <br />M. L. R. D. may contact the landowner to determine whether a 112 application will <br />be forthcoming or whether A & S is to do reclamation. <br />2. Regarding Fremong Paving and Redi-Mix, that the Technical Revision portion <br />of the agenda be continued until August, 19Ei5 M. L. R.B. meeting, as only the possible <br />violation portion was actually scheduled foi• the July, 1985 Board Meeting. The <br />following items be addressed in the Technical Revision per t-he M. L. R. D. , Mr. Ed <br />Bishoff and Camille M. Farrell: <br />A. An Engineer or "Qualified Technic an", who meets with Mr. Ed Bishoff's <br />approval, (Minerals Supervisor), rneet with Mr. Bishoff, Jim Schmieding, <br />Representative for Fremont Pavin€; and Redi-Mix on a date to be agreed <br />upon during the week following the July 24, 25, 1985 M. L. R. B. meeting. <br />The meeting will be at the mine site, with a review verbally of the Drainage <br />Plan from the Engineer or Qualified Technican per Mr. Bishoff's instructions <br />so that an agreeable, workable plan may be designated that meets with the <br />M. L. R. D.'s requirements. <br />B. The Technical Revision, to meet K[. L. R. D. Regular on Requirements, <br />with step, by step elimination of old data, and only updated data to be <br />included to ease difficulty in assimilating information, with the new Drainage <br />Control Plan to be included, will be submitted at the August, 1985 M. L. R. B. <br />meeting. <br />
