At that time, we found that the <br />amount of bond posted for reclamation was inadequate for the area <br />disturbed at the site. The attached cost estimate describes the <br />tasks that must be done for full reclamation to be accomplished, <br />and the estimated cost per task. DMG assumed that the concrete <br />currently stored at the site would be covered with fill and then <br />covered with topsoil, and that there was enough topsoil at the site <br />at this time to complete reclamation of the entire disturbed area. <br />Our reclamation cost estimate totals $22,310.0 <br />your financial warranty of $17,310.00. A bond f <br />the Deer Trail Pit must be in place by no later <br />business on February 13, 1996.
