Sorenson, Allen From: Sorenson, Allen Sent: Tuesday, July 19, 2005 7:02 PM To: 'kcloutier@greystone-consultants.com' Cc: Posey, Harry; Humphries, Bruce Subject: Frei Worthing Pit Amendment Application Kathryn, In looking over the proof of notice and publication you provided on July 13, I find that I only have proofs for Kenneth Bromely Trust, Adams County, Lafarge West, and Grace Russell, and that the notice to Ms. Russell wasn't provided to her until June 23 (whereas the deadline for comments listed in the notice was June 20). We will also need proof of notice to, at least, Bromely Water District Providers LLC, Brannon Sand and Gravel LLC, Yashiro etc., E-470 Authority, the entity with authority over Brighton Road, Henderson Aggregate LTD, Albert Frei Living Trust, and Dennis and Debra Deardorff. We also will require notice to Norman and Charlene Einspahr unless it can be shown that they are more than 200 feet from the affected land (it is very close when I've scaled it off the map). Also, ownership of the land north and west of the permit area, in section 23, is not shown on the Exhibit C-1 map, so that owner must also be identified and notified. If you have the missing notices, please provide them; I hope we didn't loose them on this end, but if we did, I apologize. I have a few other issues with the application, but nothing too major I don't think, and I'll get a letter out to you by Friday. Getting this notice issue resolved is important to preserve the time frame for DMG consideration of the application.
